Intentional

Happy New Year Everyone! 

We have made it into 2026 by Gods grace and his mercy. 

I don’t know about you but I feel so honoured and incredibly grateful to have made it through yet another year. Another 365 chances to begin again, pursue that dream, to make a positive impact, to live according to Gods word and to fulfill his purpose in my life. 

2026 is the year of intentionality. 

To be intentional about every decision you make. Intentionality means to act with a purpose; making choices that align with your faith, goals and your values. 

In the Book of 1 Corinthians 10:31, it states; 

“So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” 

As followers of Christ, the choices that we make should be intentional toward honouring and bringing glory to God in everything we do, every single day. 

As we have now entered the new year of 2026, the goal is to be intentional about giving glory to God, not just with your words but through your actions. 

So I ask you: 

• Does your goals set out for 2026 honour God? 
• Does it align with his will for you? 
• Will it make a positive impact? Not just for you but for others too? 

In Corinthians 10:23-24, it states: 

“All things are lawful but not all things are helpful. All things are lawful but not all things build up.” 24. “Let no one seek his own good but the good of his neighbour.” 

This demonstrates that not everything permitted is purposeful. The choices you make should intentionally consider the impact of others not just your own desires. 

So let’s think on these things for the year of 2026. Let’s be intentional with everything we do, where we go, how we live. Let’s also be intentional with the people we encounter with along the way and let’s have a great and blessed year!
